3" Power to the Peaceful Sticker | Peace Activist Vinyl Decal

This sticker was inspired by a song by one of my favorite punk bands growing up. I'm not going to mention who they are because unfortunately in more recently years some pretty dark stuff has come out about their lead singer which I do not support....but that doesn't change the fact that the message of their songs played a huge role in my life.

The resist fist thrust up in the center and a Monarch butterfly perched atop felt like the perfect depiction of the message. And Monarch butterflies are especially special to me because I actually plant milkweed, collect Monarch eggs, and raise them until they're butterflies and then set them free. It's one of my hobbies that I am most passionate about and could go on and on for hours about it.

Monarch butterflies symbolize resilience, transformation, growth, migration, and delicate strength. Those wings may seem like just fragile pieces of art but in reality those wings carry the 4th gen Monarchs about 3,000 miles through storms and across boarders. They also are warning signs that they are toxic if eaten. Oh look at me, rambling on about the Monarch butterfly again lol...my bad...See? I told you I get passionate!

Anyways...Stick this sticker on water bottles, laptops, junk journals, zines, toolboxes, sewing machines, bumpers, lamp posts...anywhere that could use a little hope.
