Due to the nature of the product being made to order we can only accept returns or exchanges if your Item arrives incorrectly printed, damaged, defective or not. It is the size you ordered i.e. it was mislabeled. Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective damaged or If you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it I do not know well it is not possible to exchange an item for a different size or color if you are not sure which size would fit you best please refer to our size chart We have one for each item listed in the product images

My order arrived quickly, was very carefully packaged for shipping, and was beautifully wrapped up inside the box. I mean, 10/10 for presentation! It was wrapped up all girly and pretty. She included nice, fun Mahjong extras, which was so kind. And the actual item is just beautiful! I had my name put on it and it’s beautifully and sturdily made. It’s also very durable. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for as I am in avid Mahjong player. I need something simple a little bit small to fit in my little pouch whereby I can fold it and put it away. Unfold it when I’m taking it out and placing it on the table. This actually has two jobs in one not only does it hold my card, but it has my personalized name so it also saves my spot at a table. I’ve already told my other fellow Mahjong players about this company and they just think it’s the neat idea. They are looking to buy some as prizes for winners as well as the tool for themselves. This is a one part gadget, not a two-part gadget, which makes it very simple and easy to carry around
