Impeccable bag, craftsmanship, and images. It was personalized and shipped to me within 24 hrs. Wow! I just focused so much on the message that I missed that names go all in lower case. First letter should be in upper case. You know? 1st letters in names go with big letters, not little (that’s what little ones repeat over and over again to learn proper grammar). Anyways, my fault for not paying close attention.
