How do I access my files after purchasing?

Etsy sends a download link to your email address immediately after purchase. You can also access your files any time by going to: Etsy account → Purchases and Reviews → [your order] → Download Files. Files are available for download for 100 days after purchase.

What file formats are included?

PDF printable listings include one or more high-resolution PDF files, sized at 8.5" × 11" (US Letter), ready to print at home or at a print shop. Canva template listings include a PDF with a link to your personal copy of the editable Canva template. You will need a free Canva account to access and edit the template. No Canva Pro subscription is required.

Can I print this at home?

Yes. All PDF files are optimized for home printing on standard letter-size paper (8.5" × 11"). The templates use light backgrounds to keep ink usage reasonable. Any standard inkjet or laser printer will work.

Can I edit the template?

PDF printable listings are not editable — they are designed to be printed and filled in by hand or used as a writing reference. Canva template listings are fully editable. You receive a link to your own copy of the template in Canva, where you can adjust text, rearrange sections, and customize as needed. You cannot edit fonts or branding elements, but all content fields and writing prompts are accessible.

What is the license for these templates?

All templates are licensed for personal use only. You may print and use them for your own writing projects as many times as you like. You may not resell, redistribute, share the files, or use the template designs to create products for sale. If you have a question about a specific use case, please message me before purchasing.

Do you offer custom or bulk orders?
