Where can I find my download?

After your purchase, you should get a confirmation email from Etsy with a link to download the file (it could be on your spam folder). You can also download it by logging into your Etsy account and finding the order in your purchases and reviews section. You can use this link to quickly jump into your purchases section: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases There's a download link the file next to your order. If you still have trouble please message me and I’ll send it to you manually. For Google Sheets templates you will download a PDF file. On that file you will find a link to the spreadsheet and very detailed instructions on how to use it.

Are these files compatible with Excel?

Most of our spreadsheets are specifically designed for Google Sheets and will not function properly in Excel. While Google Sheets and Excel are similar programs, they use different. When a spreadsheet is exported to an Excel format the formulas don’t translate properly, and the spreadsheet will not function as designed.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the digital nature of this product, we cannot offer any returns or refunds. Once a purchase has been downloaded you will always have access to your purchase. However, if you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out! I’m always happy to help!

How do I change the currency in a file?

You can select groups of cells you want to change and then click on FORMAT -> NUMBER Then, you can choose either CURRENCY and select a country, or you can choose CUSTOM CURRENCY and have more flexibility over how you want your numbers to look. If you run into any issues and need help please let me know.

The current day is not showing properly in my file.

If your template includes a feature that uses the current day, and it is not updating in time, you need to set a different timezone. To do that: 1. Click on the FILE option (the first option below the spreadsheet name). 2. Click on SETTINGS (almost at the bottom). 3. A box appears with an option to select your country and your timezone.

Will these templates work every year?

All my templates are meant to work no matter the year. Each one has a specific cell in which you can update the year you are working with. Please refer to your instructions PDF to find where that cell is in your specific template.

I can't access my spreadsheet or it opens in "view only" mode.

Unfortunately, Google Sheets can be a bit glitchy from time to time. If it does not open, or if it opens in a view only mode try the following: In the top toolbar, click “File” → “Make a copy”. This will create a copy of the spreadsheet that will provide you with full access. If that does not work try the troubleshooting options down below. - Open the spreadsheet from a computer or laptop - Make sure there is enough space on your Google Drive - Try a different browser - Make sure you are logged into Google Sheets If after you have tried all options above you are still experiencing issues be sure to reach out to us on Etsy so we can assist you further.

Can I customise the spreadsheet?
