* For Chunky Tropical Aroid Recipes: Combine 20% to 30% directly with orchid bark and premium soil to build massive, permanent air channels required by heavy-climbing aerial roots.
* For Desert Succulents & Cacti: Blend generously with coarse sand and minimal organic matter to force the rapid wet-to-dry cycles that defend sensitive desert root systems against rot.
* For Propagating & Seed Starting: Mix it 50/50 with coco coir to build a clean, highly oxygenated environment that holds lightweight moisture so fragile new roots can spread without resistance.
