Returns and exchanges
We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Returns and Exchange Details
If for some reason there is an issue with your purchase, the buyer is required to email us within 48 hours of delivery, and the issue will be corrected. No refunds on vintage items are given unless the product does not match the description and photos. If any refund has been agreed upon, the item must be shipped with tracking no later than 72 hours after it has been received. If the item is not returned (postmarked with tracking) within three days of delivery. The refund is void, and the buyer is not eligible for a refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. When a purchase is made, the buyer is agreeing to the shop policies Vintage by Tiffinie as it is written.

No refunds will be given for anything returned broken, resized, or altered in any way.

**10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund on all returned purchases.

Note: We sell vintage and used items, so please understand that they will not all be perfect and may have normal wear from use. I do not offer refunds on vintage or used items. I will disclose any flaws I see to the best of my ability, and I try very hard to describe items accurately as to condition and wear. I also provide many photos that I intend to be considered part of the description. Please send us an email if you have any questions before purchasing.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our shipping time is 1-2 business days. We ship above the guidelines for shipping fragile items and package with care to ensure your item is delivered safely. If an item arrives damaged, please notify the shipping carrier immediately. Take pictures of all sides of the box, all packing materials, and the damaged item to file your claim. You cannot file a claim without photos. We are not responsible for damage done by the shipping carrier. You may file a claim with the shipping carrier only if you have all the documentation (all photos, invoice, etc.). You may file your claim with USPS and have a claim check sent directly to you, or we can file on your behalf. Refunds are only paid if the claim has been paid by the shipping carrier. They are pretty quick to resolve claims.

DELIVERY Once an item is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Vintage by Tiffinie is not responsible for theft or missing items. Please contact your local police office or local post office to report the theft.

Regarding the stated age of the pieces:

All of my items are vintage. Very rarely will anything be dated, so I have to use my best judgment and do research on age. I strive to always be as accurate as possible, but I am human and may be wrong from time to time. I cannot guarantee the actual date range of a vintage piece. Unless specifically stated otherwise, when the terms "silver" or "gold" are used, this indicates metal color only. Genuine precious metals will be indicated as such in the listing and in the "materials" section. Please use your best judgment, view all photos, and feel free to request more photos and ask questions.


We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyers. Buyers, please check your shipping address at the time of purchase. If a purchase is returned, the buyer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item to the correct address. No refunds, no exception.
