If your order hasn’t arrived as expected, please try the following steps: 1. Double-check your shipping confirmation email to verify the delivery address. 2. Contact your local post office to see if they’re holding the package. 3. Ask nearby neighbors in case the parcel was left with them. If everything seems in order and the package is still missing, send me a message and I’ll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Cancellation requests are accepted within six hours of placing your order. After this period, production will have begun and cancellations won’t be possible. Please be certain before placing your order — thank you for your understanding and support of handmade craftsmanship.

I Made a Mistake in My Shipping Address — What Now?

If you realize there’s an error in your shipping address: 1. If your order hasn’t shipped yet: Send me a message as soon as possible with the correct address, and I’ll update it for you. 2. If the order has already been dispatched or delivery failed: I won’t be responsible for the misdelivery. Should you need the item re-shipped, a re-delivery fee will apply.
