This strap is entirely handcrafted. All parts are designed, cut and put together one by one.
→ The inner reinforcement prevents the leather from stretching or tearing with use.
→ We work with highly flexible, soft leather that naturally adapts to the curves of your body.
→ The strap is glued and stitched with highly resistant nylon thread, that can only be cut on purpose with a sharp object.
→ All holes and eyelets used to adjust the length of the strap are stitched to support the weight of the instrument throughout years of use!

To choose the right length: we recommend you measure a strap you’re already using from end to end. You can also send us a message with the length that you think works best for you. All straps are custom made upon purchase so we’ll work using the measurements you provide in order to ensure a perfect fit!
As all straps are handcrafted and made upon purchase, should you need the product to arrive prior to the dates informed, please contact us via direct message so we can assist you.

We use DHL to deliver the products. We’ll send you a message with the air waybill (AWB) number as soon as it’s dispatched so you can track your package.

Packaging: The box you’ll receive will contain a black bag with our logo containing a small white box with black handles, which holds your strap and some fun stickers!
If your purchase is a gift, you can ask us to send a card with our logo for you to write your best wishes to the lucky one and send it along with your gift!

Return and Exchange policy: we only accept to exchange products that are in perfect state, and do not show any signs of use. This policy does not apply to custom made straps.
