What should I do if there is a typo on my Personalized Teacher Lanyard?

Please send me a message directly through Etsy. If we made a mistake we will send you a replacement without any additional cost. If the error was on your end, you will need to purchase a new personalized lanyard and make sure the correct information is entered. What if I receive my Personalized Lanyard and I don't like the color combinations or font?
