What condition are your vintage items in?

All items in my shop are true vintage, which means they’ve lived a life before arriving at your door. I carefully inspect each piece and do my best to photograph and describe any signs of wear, age, or unique character. Small imperfections are part of their charm and story. If you have any questions about condition, feel free to message me—I’m always happy to help!

How fast will my order ship?

Your order will be packed with care and shipped within 24 hours (often even faster!). I know how exciting it is to receive something special, and I make it a priority to get your treasures on their way as soon as possible.

What shipping method do you use?

I ship via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise noted. This includes tracking and insurance, and usually arrives within 2–5 business days.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If you'd like to return your item, please contact me within that window. Items must be returned in their original condition, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Because each item is one-of-a-kind, I do not offer exchanges—but I’m always happy to help if you have questions before purchasing.

What if my item arrives damaged?

I take great care in packaging your vintage treasures securely, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label—this helps me file a USPS claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I want you to be thrilled with your order, and I’ll work with you to make it right.

Are your curated boxes a surprise or can I see what’s inside?

All curated boxes are fully described with clear photos and item details. I believe in transparency—what you see is exactly what you’ll receive. Each box is thoughtfully assembled to bring you a cohesive, vintage-inspired collection you’ll love.
