Material
The default fabric is premium satin silk with a high silk content of approximately 85%–90%. This fabric has a smooth and luminous surface, a soft hand feel, and a graceful drape. It is also less prone to wrinkling than many traditional silk fabrics, helping the dress maintain a polished appearance throughout your wedding day.

A 100% silk option is also available. Please message us if you would like to customize the fabric, lining, thickness, or overall finish of your bridal gown.

Custom Color
This silk wedding dress can be made in a custom color to suit your wedding theme, personal style, or bridal party palette. Please contact us to view the available color chart or discuss a specific shade before placing your order.

Custom Size / Made to Measure
Every dress can be made according to your personal measurements for a more precise and flattering fit. For a made to measure wedding dress, please provide your height, bust, underbust, waist, hips, shoulder width, and preferred hollow-to-hem length.

We can also customize details such as the neckline depth, strap length, cape panel length, skirt shape, lining, train length, and overall dress length. Please message us before ordering if you would like to request design adjustments.

SIZING DETAILS
Please choose your size carefully, as we provide a detailed sizing guide. Your dress will be made according to the measurements of the size you select in your order.
If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to send us your measurements for guidance before placing your order.
If you would like a made-to-measure piece, please select the “Custom Size” option and message us for detailed measurement instructions. We will create the dress based on the measurements you provide and send you photos of the finished piece for your approval before shipping.
Once you have approved the dress and the order has been shipped, we are not responsible if the fit is not as expected, provided that the garment has been made according to the measurements given (as we are not able to measure you directly). Our responsibility is to follow your measurements accurately and provide confirmation photos prior to dispatch.
For custom requests, an additional fee of 10%–70% of the item price may apply, depending on the complexity.

COLOR DISCLAIMER
Colors in the palette are photographed by us under natural outdoor lighting conditions. Silk has a natural sheen, so its color may vary under different lighting environments (indoors, outdoors, cool white light, or warm yellow light).
Please consider carefully when selecting your color. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that silk may appear in different shades under varying lighting conditions.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns if the following conditions are met:
Contact us within 3 days of delivery and return the item within 21 days
The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags attached
Returns must be sent back to our address in Hanoi, Vietnam
Refunds will be issued within 72 hours once all conditions are met
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 20%–40% restocking fee

We are unable to accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind, trying a different size or style, or buyer’s remorse, unless discussed and approved with us beforehand.

EXCHANGES
If exchanging for a different product (including a different color), a price difference may apply.
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost to our address, as well as the shipping cost for the new replacement item.
