Disclaimer: Due to the mineral wash process, lighting, and screen settings, final colors and wash patterns may vary (about 80–85% accuracy guaranteed).
Care: We use a water-soluble stabilizer on top. Soak in water for 2–3 mins for the first wash to dissolve it.
Wash: Turn inside out, use a laundry bag, and select a delicate cycle with cold water. Air dry only—keep away from hot dryers.

4️⃣ Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations: Accepted within 24 hours. After that, a 50% fee applies. Custom designs incur an additional $5 fee if canceled late.
Non-Refundable: We cannot offer refunds for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or errors in personalization provided by the buyer.
Free Replacement: Available for manufacturing defects or spelling errors caused by our team (contact us with photos within 24h of delivery).
