► PHOTO - Only one photo per child.
The quality of your design is only as good as the photo you send in. If the quality isn’t good I’ll let you know (see tips in the images).
Your photo is used only to complete your order and is never shared or used for marketing. All files are securely stored and deleted after 4 months.

► FILES - Once the order is ready, files will be available to download with an Etsy link.
I'll send a notification to let you know is ready.
Please check in the next 24 hours (even your spam - junk folders).

► PROOF - I’ll send proof to your email or an in Etsy conversation. Once you approved it, file (s) will be available to download with an Etsy link

► ONE REVISION is included with your order. Any additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.
►If there is a mistake from my side I will correct it with no extra charge after reviews.

► You will receive your files usually in the next 24 hrs - except weekends (unless there are internet connectivity issues).

PRINTING
You can print them at home or send the file to any online printing company, you can print as many as you need.

Chip bags: works great in the lightest glossy paper (30lb), it’s easier for the wrapping.

► Due to different printer quality and monitor calibrations, colors may vary slightly.
► Refunds cannot be provided after delivery of digital image due to the nature of the product.
► After design has been approved and delivered it will an extra fee of US$ 5.00 if you want to change the photo or the size
