Nope. No app, no download, no account needed. Just tap your phone to the keychain and it opens instantly in your browser. Works with iPhone XR and newer and most Android phones.

What phones are compatible?

TapKeeps works with iPhone XR and newer (iPhone XR, XS, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16) and most Android phones made after 2019. It does not work with older iPhones (X and below) or very old Android devices. Not sure if your phone works? Message us before ordering and we will help you figure it out.

Can I choose which quote appears on my TapKeeps Inspire keychain?

No — and that is the whole magic of it. A new quote opens automatically every single day. You never know what you are going to get and that is the whole point. 100+ reminders rotating forever. Free.

How does TapKeeps Memory work?

After you purchase you will receive a link to our custom order form. You upload up to 6 photos, record a voice note, share a song link, and write your message. We build your private page and program your keychain — usually within 3-5 business days. When they tap it their whole page opens instantly. No app needed.

How does TapKeeps Business work?

After you purchase you fill out our simple order form. Plug & Play customers just give us their existing URL — we program the chip and ship. Custom Built customers fill out their bio, links, and brand colors — we build their branded page, program the chip, and ship. Usually 3-5 business days.

Why does it say only one available?

Every TapKeeps Inspire keychain is completely handmade and one of a kind. Once it sells it is gone forever. There will never be another exactly like it. That is not a bug — that is the whole point.

How long does it take to receive my order?

TapKeeps Inspire keychains ship within 1-3 business days — they are ready to go. TapKeeps Memory and Business are made to order and ship within 3-5 business days after we receive your completed order form.

Is there a subscription or ongoing cost?

Never. You pay once and your keychain works forever. No subscription. No fees. No app. The quotes update automatically at no cost to you. Ever.

What is your return policy?

Because every TapKeeps keychain is handmade and one of a kind we do not accept returns on Inspire keychains. For Memory and Business orders — if there is an issue with your custom page we will fix it. Always. Just message us. If your keychain arrives damaged please message us with a photo and we will make it right immediately.

Can I change what my keychain taps to later?

Yes! Every TapKeeps keychain can be reprogrammed by you at any time. For TapKeeps Inspire — the daily quotes update automatically so you never need to do anything. But if you ever want to change the theme or point it to a different URL entirely you can. Here is how: 1. Download the NFC Tools app (free — iOS & Android) 2. Open the app and tap Write 3. Choose Add a Record then URL 4. Type or paste your new URL 5. Hold your phone to the keychain to write it That is it. Takes about 60 seconds. Your keychain comes with instructions included so you will always have this handy.
