Banner pieces are made with multiple layers of card stock to create eye popping detail!
When placing party decor orders, please respect the estimated shipping date provided by Etsy. Any orders needed / shipped before the estimated shipping date will be considered a RUSH order, and will be subject to a $15.00 "RUSH Fee". Party decor at times may be shipped one week prior to the event.

💚 PRODUCT DETAILS:
- 6" tall x 3.7" wide (individual pennant size)
- Pennants are cut with sturdy kraft paper and cardstock for layering.
- Letters are cut out of regular or glitter cardstock, and embossed with mermaid scales, and raised with 3D tape to give dimension to the banner.
- Tulle is added to complete the design and varies in length depending on banner option chosen and length of text.
