How long will it take to receive my order?

All of our items are printed to order, so please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order ships. Once shipped from our Austin, TX studio, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via Etsy as soon as your order is on its way. Need it sooner? Send us a message before ordering and we'll do our best to prioritize your print.

Can I request a custom color or personalization?

Absolutely — and we encourage it. Most of our products are available in a wide range of filament colors. You can select your color from the listing variations at checkout. For personalization like names, initials, or custom text printed directly onto your item, add your request in the personalization field at checkout or send us a message. Custom text is available on most products for a small additional fee. Have something more specific in mind? Message us — we handle custom requests daily.

What material are your products made from? Is it durable?

We primarily use PLA+ and PETG filament depending on the product. PLA+ is our standard material — it's strong, rigid, and ideal for indoor use like desk organizers, rod holders, and socket organizers. PETG is used for items that may be exposed to heat, moisture, or outdoor conditions (like our planters) since it's more flexible and weather-resistant. Both materials are high-quality, functional, and built to hold up under regular daily use. If you're unsure which material is right for your use case, message us and we'll point you in the right direction.

Do you accept custom orders or one-of-a-kind requests?

Yes — custom work is one of our favorite things to do. If you have a specific size, design, or product idea in mind that isn't already in our shop, send us a message first. We'll talk through your project, confirm what's possible, and send you a custom listing with pricing once we've agreed on the details. No request is too specific. We've handled everything from custom dimensions to logo integrations. If it can be printed, we'll find a way.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to be happy with your order. If something arrives damaged or defective, reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right — either a replacement or a full refund, your choice. Because all items are printed to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if something isn't right on our end, we take full responsibility and handle it quickly. We check messages daily and respond fast.

How do I care for and clean my 3D printed items?

Most of our items are easy to maintain: - Wipe clean with a damp cloth — mild soap is fine for most products - Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can cause fading over time - PLA+ items should be kept away from high heat sources (hot cars, direct heat vents) as they can warp above ~130°F - PETG items are more heat and moisture tolerant and handle outdoor or humid environments well For planters specifically — we recommend using a plastic liner or drip tray to protect the print from prolonged water contact.

Are your planters waterproof or safe for live plants?

Our planters are 3D printed in PETG, which is more moisture-resistant than standard PLA. However, like all FDM 3D prints, they are not fully waterproof on their own due to the layer-by-layer construction. For live plants, we recommend one of the following: - Use a plastic nursery pot inside the planter as a liner - Add a waterproof sealant (like Mod Podge or a clear spray coat) to the inside before use - Use the planter for succulents, cacti, or plants with minimal watering needs Our planters are not food safe and should not be used for edible plants or herbs.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes. If you're ordering 4 or more units of the same item — whether for a garage, job site, office, or resale — reach out before placing your order and we'll put together a custom multi-pack listing at a discounted rate. We're also open to wholesale conversations for retail or trade partners. Send us a message with your needs and we'll talk.

My item doesn't fit or isn't working as expected — what should I do?

Message us directly and we'll sort it out. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue — photos are helpful if it's a fit or quality concern. We stand behind everything we ship. If a product doesn't function as described, we'll reprint it, modify it, or refund it. No runaround.
