📦 UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as "Unclaimed" or due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a cancellation. REFUND POLICY FOR UNCLAIMED ITEMS: • A refund will be issued only after the package is physically delivered back to us in Ukraine. • The refund amount will be the total price minus the actual shipping costs (both the original shipping and any return fees charged by the postal service).
