MY PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT

In the case your package was damaged during transit, please send me photos of all the damage ASAP. I will only provide a replacement package with proof of damages. After receiving the photos, I will send out a replacement package to you within 1-2 business days. I only replace items that have sustained damage in your order.

I INPUT THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact me ASAP so I may change your address before the order is shipped! Inputting the correct address is the buyers responsibility. All orders will be shipped out to the address you have on file with Etsy. If the address is not corrected and the order is shipped to the wrong address, the buyer must repurchase the items. I only replace items that are lost within the mail or damaged during transit

Please give USPS up to 3 weeks to have your package delivered if residing in the US, and 6 weeks for international orders. Estimated delivery dates are PURELY estimations and are subject to change. Unfortunately delays can occur due to many factors which are out of my control, however if your package has not moved and seems to be lost I will send out a replacement package after the 3 or 6 weeks has passed. WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY STICKER ORDER?

As stated clearly at the top of the item description, all stickers are shipped in UNTRACKED ENVELOPES. The shipping number associated with your order will NOT be trackable via the USPS website. MY ACRYLIC CHARM LOOKS SCRATCHED

If your acrylic charm is getting easily scratched, it is very likely just the plastic protection seal on the side without epoxy. The plastic seal can easily become and look damaged. However, it can be peeled off the charm. I leave them on to protect them during shipment

WHY HASN'T MY DESK MAT SHIPPED?

Per the product description, desk mats can take up to 3-4 weeks to ship out to account for manufacturing and shipping time. Please be aware of this before purchasing!

HOW DO I TRACK MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

For all international shipments, they can be tracked through here: https://a1.asendiausa.com/tracking/ Once the item reaches it's destination country the tracking number will change and the old one will no longer be valid. The NEW tracking number can be found on the top right of the Asendia tracking page.

WHY HASN'T MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Incredibly high quality, vibrant colors, nice and big for displaying on a laptop or in your stickerbook! I feel like my pics don't do enough justice for how gorgeous these are, especially the holographic prints. Shipped and arrived within a few days, most of them will be going to friends. :3

i bought this as a gift for my friend and they loved it! art was incredibly high quality and colors were vibrant. he hasnt gotten around to sticking it on anything yet, but the sticker was packaged nicely and in a way that kept it safe. i might buy from here again for myself 👀
