✅CNC Toolpath Information
The files are designed to be cut using an outside toolpath for the external profiles.
Always verify your toolpath strategy, cutter diameter, and material thickness before machining the final parts.
We recommend running a simulation in your preferred CAM software before production.

✅Material Compatibility
This project is designed for 18 mm (0.71") and 15mm sheet material and can be manufactured using:
Birch Plywood (Recommended)
Hardwood Plywood
Melamine Board
MDF
Particle Board
Other sheet materials of similar thickness

For the best combination of strength, appearance, and edge quality, we recommend using high-quality Birch Plywood.

✅Clearance & Fit
Material thickness can vary slightly between manufacturers and sheet types, even when labeled as 18 mm.
For this reason, we recommend verifying the actual thickness of your material before production.
However, we have already incorporated a carefully tested clearance that works well with most common 18 mm materials, including birch plywood, melamine and similar sheet goods.

✅Recommended CNC Router Bit
This design works well with:
6.35 mm (1/4") router bit
Smaller router bits if desired
Using a sharp cutter will provide cleaner edges and improve overall cut quality.

Material Optimization
The coffee table requires approximately 40% of a standard 4 × 8 ft (122 × 244 cm) sheet.
