This item is printed using DTF (Direct-to-Film) technology. Unlike DTG or screen printing, a DTF design sits on top of the fabric and may have a smooth, slightly raised, transfer-like feel. Larger or more solid designs may feel thicker, make a slight crinkling sound when folded, or appear mildly glossy under certain lighting. These are normal characteristics of DTF printing and are not considered defects.

Please review these print characteristics carefully before ordering to ensure that DTF is the right choice for you. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted solely because of the normal texture, thickness, finish, shine, or feel of a correctly produced DTF print.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from the size, color, or design ordered, please contact us with clear photos so we can review the issue.

🛒 HOW TO ORDER

1. Review all product photos and size charts carefully. All styles are unisex unless otherwise stated.
2. Select your preferred shirt color and size. Youth, toddler, and baby options may be available in the same drop-down menu.
3. Select the quantity you would like.
4. Click “Add to Cart.”

To purchase multiple items with different colors or sizes, return to the listing and repeat these steps for each item.

🚗 PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Processing time is 1–3 business days.

Standard shipping generally takes 2–5 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or an incorrect shipping address.

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

🧽 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To keep your shirt and print looking their best:

• Turn the garment inside out before washing
• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
• Air dry when possible or tumble dry on low heat
• Do not use bleach
• Do not dry-clean
• Do not iron directly over the design

👥 RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Every item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• A change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size or color
• Normal characteristics of DTF printing
• Minor color differences caused by lighting or screen settings
• A package delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the buyer

We will review requests if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item is misprinted
• You receive the wrong size, color, or design

If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item, print, packaging, and shipping label.

Requests made after 14 days of delivery are not eligible for review.

Approved resolutions may include a replacement or refund, depending on the issue. Etsy’s applicable policies remain in effect.

🛒 ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you placed an order by mistake or need to change the size, color, or shipping address, contact us within 3 hours of purchase.

Once production has started, we cannot change or cancel the order.

Size names and fits can vary between brands. Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds when the selected size matches the order but does not fit as expected.
