I bought the Understanding Behavior Through Connection worksheet pack to use with my niece and the kids I babysit, who are ages 5, 7, and 10, and I’m so happy I did. The activities are fun, engaging, and easy to understand. The kids actually ask to do the worksheets, which I definitely wasn’t expecting! I’ve noticed that each child has favorite pages, and it’s been really nice seeing them become more comfortable talking about their feelings. One of their favorite emotion worksheets is hanging on my refrigerator, and they often point to how they’re feeling instead of getting frustrated right away. It’s become such a simple but helpful part of our daily routine. The pages are beautiful. I would absolutely recommend it to parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents, babysitters, or anyone who spends time caring for children.

I’ve really enjoyed using this with my younger clients (ages 5 and 7). It’s such a fun and easy way to help kids talk about their feelings, practice coping skills, and learn more about themselves without it feeling like “work.” I love that the activities naturally open up conversations and give kids a safe space to express what’s going on inside. It’s a great resource for my therapy sessions and also for families who want to create more emotional connection with their kids.
