We will be happy to help with any design you have in mind or help you to recreate a piece you owned and lost. Any image or even a sketch will be useful. I will send you a rendered image and design image with the measurements for your approval before we go ahead start production on the piece.

Remove jewelry when showering or bathing. This is particularly important when on the beach, in the sea, and in chlorinated water. Avoid wearing jewelry when doing physical work such as housekeeping, gardening, or exercise. Never expose jewelry to household cleaning products, especially bleach, and highly reactive solutions. Avoid spraying perfume, hairspray on the gemstones or pearls as it jeopardizes the integrity of the material. Remove jewelry when applying make-up, creams to avoid the residue getting into the texture or gemstone setting. Any residue dulls the shine of your ring. Keep away from extreme temperatures and humidity

The most reliable way is by visiting a jewelry store and letting them professionally measure your ring size. If not possible, you can measure it with a paper, ruler, and scissors by following the steps explained in For UK and EU buyers, if you know your ring size in other units, message us and we'll provide you with a conversion chart. All of our rings are made according to the U.S. jewelry standard sizes. Feel free to contact us for further information.

Can I Cancel my Order after placing my Order

You can cancel your order in the first 48 hours after your order is placed, after that 10% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items. Each item is handmade so each cancellation in the middle of production is a loss for my small business.

Please get in touch with us immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit. If your order is marked as “delivered” and you have not received your package, we can remake your order. Please note that some packages may require signature confirmation, so please get in touch with your postal service to ensure that they are not holding the package. For international orders: we are required 15 days to file insurance claims for international orders due to customs checks. Insurance claims are time-sensitive. Any claims must be made within 15 days of the original shipment date
