I have designed this classic Irish Blessing with tenth century Celtic hand lettering. The capitals in the title are decorated with authentic "zoomorphs", which are animal images interwoven with the letters. In the tradition of classic Celtic decoration, I drew the interweaving border which has no beginning or end. I designed all the interwoven images along with a trefoil, symbol of the Trinity in the bottom border.
I focus on making my designs authentic by using the letters and designs embedded in the culture--in this case, Ireland in the tenth century.

Size: 11" x 14", printed on parchment, unmatted. Shipped within three days of receipt of order, in a sturdy cardboard tube.

The mat and frame sizes are listed with each description. An 11" x 14"
(28 x 35.5 cm.) mat fits in a 12" x 15" (30.5 x 38 cm.) frame (outside dimensions). An 8" x 10" (20 x 28 cm.) fits in a 9" x 11" (23 x 25.5 frame (outside dimensions). Frame openings are identical to mat outside dimensions. Hinged frames are available with a saying on one side and space for a photo on the other. Both are 5" x 7" openings.
