What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

I pack your items with great care, unfortunately damage could occur in the shipping process. If for any reason you have damage to your purchase, please contact me as soon as you discover the damage. Snap a photo of the damage, packing material and box it arrived in. Please keep all contents, as well as the box it was shipped in until you hear from me. It's possible I will need those in order to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Do you offer combined orders shipping discounts?

Yes, there is a combined shipping discount on all multiple orders. The discount will show in your cart.

What happens if your package is returned for insufficient address

I will refund your order minus a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.

Clarifying my return/exchange policy

I accept exchanges within 7 days of your purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any issues, don't hesitate to get in touch with me as I am more than willing to work something out to make it right for you. I will refund the purchase price minus the shipping cost if that involves a return, not an exchange. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
