Quality Control & Handling Instructions

Each custom cushion goes through quality control before shipping. We inspect stitching, seams, zippers, tufted buttons, measurements, fabric condition, and overall finish. Before packing, each cushion is documented with photos or video, and a final inspection is completed. Our cushions are handmade, made to order, and made with new materials. We do not use vintage fabric. Tufted cushions require gentle handling. Pulling, bending, forcing, or pressure around buttons may cause loosening or damage. If the cushion has a zipper or cover, open and close it gently. Damage from improper handling, pulling, forcing, misuse, or pressure after delivery is the buyer’s responsibility. Cushions cannot be returned or replaced unless due to seller error.

All items are measured in centimeters and converted to inches. Because each cushion is handmade and made to order, slight measurement variations may occur. Small differences in stitching, seams, tufting, button placement, thickness, fabric tension, and overall finish are normal characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects. Measurements may also vary slightly after vacuum packing, shipping, and expansion.

Because our cushions are handmade and custom made to the customer’s requested size, color, thickness, and style, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders unless there is a mistake on our side. Each finished cushion is checked, measured, photographed, and recorded on video before shipping. Slight size variations may occur due to sewing, fabric behavior, filling, tufting, piping, and vacuum packaging. For long cushions, approx. ±1–1.2 inches per 40 inches of length may apply and may increase proportionally for longer cushions. If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, import charges, and any other fees associated with the return shipment, unless the return is due

Care & zipper instructions

**Care & Zipper Instructions** Our cushions are made for indoor use only. Please keep them away from direct rain, outdoor moisture, and excessive sunlight. For cleaning, spot clean gently with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or iron the cushion. If your cushion has a zipper, please open and close it gently. The zipper is mainly for production and cover adjustment purposes. Do not force the zipper or pull the filling out roughly, as this may damage the cushion shape or seams. For linen tufted/buttoned models, the cover may be machine washed only after the tufted buttons are carefully removed. The buttons must be removed before washing and sewn back on after the cover is fully dry. This is a simple process, and you

Care & Zipper Instructions Our cushions are made with high-quality velvet, linen, or cotton fabric options and are designed for indoor use only. For cleaning, gently spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash, bleach, tumble dry, or iron the cushion. Velvet fabrics may show different tones depending on light, angle, and fabric direction, which is a natural feature of the material. If your cushion has a zipper, please open and close it gently. The zipper is mainly for production and cover adjustment purposes. Do not force the zipper or pull the filling out roughly, as this may damage the cushion shape or seams. After delivery, the cushion may need 48–72 hours to fully expand due to vacuum packaging.

IMPORTANT – SAFE PACKAGE OPENING INSTRUCTIONS

Our cushions are securely vacuum-packed for safe transportation. Before opening, place the package on a clean, flat surface. Gently pull the outer plastic away from the cushion. Using round-tip scissors, make only a small cut at the loose outer edge of the plastic, keeping the scissors away from the cushion fabric. Then carefully tear the remaining plastic open by hand. Do not use a box cutter, utility knife, razor blade, or any sharp knife. Do not cut across the top or center of the package. Sharp tools may cut or puncture the cushion fabric. Damage caused while opening the package with scissors, knives, box cutters, or other sharp tools is not considered a manufacturing defect and is the buyer’s responsibility.

Will the colors look like the photos?

Will the colors look exactly like the photos? We photograph our cushions carefully in natural light to show the fabric colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, monitor settings, phone display, lighting, and the environment where the cushion is used. Velvet fabrics can naturally look lighter, darker, shinier, or more matte depending on sunlight, shade, room lighting, viewing angle, and the direction of the fabric pile. Even touching or brushing the velvet may change how the color appears. Linen and cotton fabrics may also show slight tone differences due to natural texture, lighting, and screen settings. Because of these natural fabric and display differences, small color v

Will my cushion look exactly like the listing photo?

Listing photos show sample cushions in specific measurements. Your cushion will be handmade according to your selected size, fabric and color. Because proportions change with custom measurements, rib direction, seam placement, piping joins and corner appearance may vary slightly. For corduroy fabrics, the ribs may run along the length or width of the cushion depending on its measurements and the fabric cutting layout. Please request and confirm a specific rib direction before ordering if this detail is important to you.
