Estimated production times: • Bridal accessories & simple veils: 3–5 business days • Lace veils, sleeves & capes: 7–10 business days • Custom wedding dresses: 10–20 business days • Couture gowns: 30–45 business days Please refer to each listing for the most accurate production estimate.

2. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Standard Shipping Estimated delivery times: • USA, UK, EU, Canada & Australia: 10–15 business days • Other destinations: 18–24 business days Express shipping via DHL, FedEx or UPS is available for urgent orders. We recommend leaving your wedding date during checkout so we can help prioritize your order when possible.

3. WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

For the most stress-free bridal experience, we recommend ordering at least 2–3 months before your wedding or photoshoot. If your event date is approaching soon, please contact us before purchasing and we will gladly advise on the best available options.

4. WILL I PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES OR IMPORT TAXES?

Most standard shipping orders include our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. For eligible destinations, customs duties and import taxes are handled in advance to help ensure a smooth delivery experience without unexpected charges. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order

5. I'M UNSURE WHICH SIZE, COLOR OR STYLE TO CHOOSE.

We are happy to help. Simply send us a photo of your dress or share your requirements through Etsy messages. Our bridal team will gladly recommend the most suitable size, color, length or design for your special day.

6. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Because each item is handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for personal preference, incorrect selections or changes in wedding plans. However, if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will gladly assist with a suitable solution.

7. WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DELIVERY IS UNSUCCESSFUL?

Lost packages may be eligible for Etsy Purchase Protection according to Etsy's current policy. For unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or failed collection attempts, packages may be held by the local carrier.
