I made an order. How long until I can wait for my first test?

If I request a custom design, you can expect it within 1-2 business days AFTER placing your order. This time depends on my workload that week, so it may take up to 2 business days to complete the first test.

If there is no matching design with an invitation, can I request it?

Yes, if for example you see an invitation in my store but you don't see something of that theme such as cupcake toppers or welcome sign, write me and I will try to resolve your request.

Can I request a custom order or change a design?

Yes, you can request a custom order by writing me a message with your request and I will respond to you if I can do it and if so I will create a personalized listing with your name so you can purchase the item (the additional charge will depend on the item you need). I can create a design from scratch for you according to the theme you need or you can modify an existing design such as changing: color, font type, adding or removing lines, modifying the design a little by changing location or adding a new element.
