Custom and personalized orders

We can personalize just about any of our products. Please message me through Etsy with any custom requests, and I will do my best to help you. Once an order is placed, we cannot change it in any way, including the name, photos, address, or any other option. Once your order is placed, it enters production, and we are unable to stop production for changes. To streamline production, we do not offer previews of your order before shipping. If there are multiple items in an order, each item may ship separately, and we will send shipping tracking for each shipment. Many products come from different production partners and have different production times.

Is everything made after an Order is placed for custom diaper bags, car seat covers, gift items, baby items, and all other custom apparel and decor?

Yes, we only make or print your custom item, premium diaper bag, embroidered gift item, and all personalized items once they're ordered. We do this to allow for custom and personalization requests. We also do this to avoid overstocked inventory for diaper bags, apparel and decor, and to keep our prices reasonable. This does require some patience from our customers. Our production times are available in each listing and can vary depending on the product. Usually they are 3-10 business days before shipping our custom gift items and orders. Our shipping times do not include our production times or the amount of time it takes to make and/or print your order. Shipping times are estimates provided by the couriers and not guaranteed.

Gift wrapping and packaging for personalized diaper bags, gifts for mom, gifts for dad, baby gift items and more

We do have the ability to add custom gift messaging on a printed card for many of our personalized diaper bags. Custom gift messaging is FREE on custom diaper bag orders. Please add your custom gift message to your order as you place it. Gift messaging is not available on any other items but our diaper bags and car seat covers. We do not currently offer gift wrapping or packaging with any of our items. We are working on ways to incorporate this, but it is not yet available.

Incomplete, Incorrect Addresses & Other Address Delivery Issues

If we have a question about your order, we will reach out, and if we receive no response, we will cancel the order. If your order is returned to sender or otherwise undeliverable because of an incomplete or insufficient address, we are not responsible for that error. A new order would be required even if it is "returned to sender" - the port usually disposes of return-to-sender packages. There are no refunds or remakes given for these reasons (customer error). In rare cases, a redelivery is possible with a fee. If an order is delivered to a post office parcel locker or apartment locker, it is the customer's responsibility to pick up their package; this is not a valid reason for a refund. In most cases, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

What are my shipping options for personalized gifts, mom shirts, diaper bags, custom keychains and more?

We charge reasonable shipping fees for our products, which takes an average of 12-18 business days - not guaranteed. Please note our products are designed in Utah and made in China, so it is going to take some time for you to receive your order. If a "ship from" location is inaccurate due to an error, we do not provide refunds. We appreciate your notification of this and will make corrections when this is brought to our attention. 🎀 The U.S. shipping charge is to the 48 contiguous states 🎀 Shipping to non-contiguous regions and states will incur an additional $25 🎀 When an order comes in from any part of the United States outside of the 48 contiguous states, a link for the additional shipping charge will be sent to you.

What do I do if my personalized gift package or other order is lost by the courier?

We do not provide refunds for orders that are lost by the shipping courier. We can only provide approved replacements. Once an order shows a confirmed delivery, we are not authorized to give refunds. The customer must go through the courier to file a claim and work with the courier to find the lost shipment. You can go to www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm to submit your Missing Mail claim. If the customer refuses delivery or the order is otherwise undeliverable due to no fault of our shop, there are no refunds or remakes. The customer will have to place a new order. This includes returns to sender due to customer not picking up package at their local post office. Customer is responsible for tracking their order.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

We do not offer cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds; no exceptions. All sales are final. This includes customers not reviewing product details or policies before ordering. For deliveries that are later than expected, we do not offer refunds or returns, as couriers' delivery date ranges are averages and are not guaranteed by couriers, our shop, or Etsy. Delivery delays can be expected during holidays, severe weather, and more. Color differences due to slight monitor differences are not a valid reason for refunds or replacements. Customer accepts this upon ordering. If a customer attempts to return an order that was correctly fulfilled and delivered, they will not receive a refund. Issues need to be reported within 7 days.

No response from customer

If we have a question about your order we will message you through Etsy messaging. If we receive no response from you within 48 hours, we will either cancel your order or use our best judgement in producing your bag. No response from the customer is acceptance of this policy, and no refunds or re-makes are accepted. If the customer leaves a bad review, we want to work to fix the issue, so we will message the customer, usually 2 times, and if we do not hear back from the customer within 48 hours to resolve the issue, we will respond publicly to the review. Once we respond publicly, we do not fix or change any issues for the customer. Because of this, we urge the customer to respond promptly so we may resolve any order or product issues.

Why is my personalized diaper bag or other premium custom gift coming from China?

Although we do our best to outline that we design our products in Utah and send our specs to our Asia manufacturers to finish the design according to our specs, customers may still not see this. If there are errors on the "ship from" location, that is not a valid reason for a refund. Our Custom Design Process We design your diaper bags, and all our other custom gifts, one at a time, and send the final design specs to our printing and manufacturing company in Asia. They use our finalized design specs and make your final product. We have vetted our manufacturer and they consistently produce very high quality diaper bags and other gift items for mom, dad and baby, as seen by our 5-star reviews we get on a regular basis.

Personalized Options During Checkout & Orders

If you want a personalized gift item, please ensure you choose the correct option from the dropdown Etsy menus. For example, if you want a personalized diaper bag and provide personalization details, you must select accordingly. If a customer makes a mistake, we will send a message through Etsy to clarify. If you only want to pay for a "Not Personalized" diaper bag, you will only be eligible to receive a "Not Personalized" diaper bag, which will feature the diaper bag as it appears in the main photo of our listing. There are no special designs or personalizations for a "Not Personalized" diaper bag. If the customer orders multiple items in an order, oftentimes, they will ship separately, and we will provide tracking numbers for each.
