Hey everyone, this journal is created for anyone who is carrying the weight of complicated grief, trauma, abandonment, or the ache of unmet love. Healing is not a straight line and some days may feel heavy, some days may feel lighter, both are okay to feel. My name is Gina and i create mindful resources to help children and adults. I created this one when my mum died. When she took her last breath, i didn't just grieve my mum, i grieved the hope of us ever having a relationship together that was healthy. I am currently in therapy, learning the skills to help me discover the parts of me that have been missing over the years. Finding Little Gina has not been an easy task but i am slowly learning what helps me with my mental health and ADHD and i want to use my pain and parts of my healing to help others. So this is the new journal in physical form for the therapists, for the people who just need a little support right now. Together, i believe we can help each other.
