**ABOUT OUR LISTING PHOTOS**

The main listing images show the design that will appear on the physical aluminum wreath sign you are purchasing.

An additional photo featuring previously completed signs is included to demonstrate the actual aluminum material, finish, quality, and brushed aluminum backing. These sample signs are shown for reference only and are not included with your purchase.

**ADDING HOLES**

Our signs arrive without pre-drilled holes, allowing you to choose your preferred attachment method.

If adding holes for a wreath, a jewelry hole punch suitable for .025" aluminum works well and allows you to position the holes where needed. These tools are available online and at many craft-supply stores.

**PROCESSING & SHIPPING**

Each sign is individually made after your order is placed. Please refer to the current processing and estimated delivery dates shown on Etsy and during checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure it is complete and correct.

Orders ship with tracking. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. While I do my best to ensure orders ship on time, Wreaths of Circle Creek is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package is in transit.

If tracking shows delivered but your package cannot be located, please check around your delivery area and with household members or neighbors. Your local post office may also be able to assist with GPS delivery information.

For additional assistance, please contact me through Etsy Messages.

**RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS**

Because each sign is made to order, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me through Etsy Messages so I can help.

**SIGN CARE**

• Handle carefully to avoid scratches to the printed surface
• Avoid rubbing the printed side against rough or abrasive materials
• Store with the printed surface protected
• For the longest color life, avoid continuous direct sunlight and prolonged exposure to harsh weather

**CUSTOM REQUESTS**

I am not currently accepting custom sign requests, but design suggestions are always welcome!

**COLOR VARIATIONS**

Colors may vary slightly due to screen brightness, monitor settings, and the sublimation printing process. I use professional printing equipment and color profiles to achieve the best color accuracy possible.

**DESIGN & PRODUCT TRANSPARENCY**

Some listing graphics, including size guides and product information images, are created with AI assistance for reference purposes.

My collection includes original designs and commercially licensed artwork from other digital artists. Designs may incorporate AI-generated or AI-assisted elements, and I also use Canva and Photoshop during the creative process.

Every physical sign is individually prepared, heat-pressed, and quality-checked by me in my home studio to ensure a beautiful finished product.
