Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Your order will be processed and shipped promptly. Please, ask all questions regarding garments before making a purchase.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped 1-3 days of cleared payment. If you need an item quickly, please contact us so we can accommodate you. We ship orders Monday - Saturday. Each item comes with tracking & insurance. Once a package has left our possession we are NO longer responsible for it. This includes theft, providing an incorrect shipping address, or loss by the USPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST BY USPS. Please file a claim for all missing orders with the USPS via usps.com.

Can I reserve an item?

Yes, we are more than happy to reserve items and will do so for up to seven days or one week.

All garments are measured on a flat surface, with bust, waist, and hip measurements doubled. Any elastic waistlines or stretching will be noted. "marked vintage size" is the size on the tag of a garment. Vintage sizes usually run smaller than today's, so please keep this in mind. We recommend that you focus on the listed measurements, and compare them to something you already own in your closet.

How are garments dated?

We take great care to research each item to insure that it is vintage. This includes researching the brand, style, country of manufacture, etc. We date all items to the best of our ability, and to insure that each item is true vintage. We have done all the work so that you don't have to!

We recommend that you pay close attention to care tags on your new garment, to ensure you get the most life out of your new garment as possible. If no care tag is present, we are more than happy to provide our customers with recommendations on how to launder a garment.
