✔ Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, ages, dates, and personalization information when ordering.
⚠️ Delays caused by missing or incorrect information may affect turnaround time.
✔ Changes requested due to incorrect information submitted by the customer may be subject to an additional fee.

✔ Please review your file carefully immediately after delivery.
✔ Any spelling, punctuation, capitalization, or personalization errors should be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
✔ One complimentary correction round is included for seller errors.
✔ Changes requested after completion that differ from the information originally submitted may require an additional fee.
❌ Design changes, font changes, color changes, layout changes, theme changes, or additional customization beyond the listing description are not included.
⚠️ Once a file has been printed, SH Designz is not responsible for overlooked errors that were present in the delivered file.


★★Cancellations, Refunds & Order Completion★★

✔ You may cancel or back out of your purchase ONLY if your custom file has NOT yet been completed and delivered through Etsy.
❌ NO REFUNDS once the digital file has been delivered.

Because this is a custom-made digital product delivered electronically, it cannot be returned or refunded once access has been provided.

✔ Once your file is delivered through Etsy, the order is considered complete and final.
✔ The only request allowed after delivery is a correction or edit, if applicable.

✔ Colors may vary slightly between screens, printers, ink brands, paper types, and professional printing services. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

❌ We are not responsible for printer settings, paper choices, ink quality, third-party printing services, or print results.
❌ No refunds will be issued for:

• Printing company issues

• Lack of experience using digital files
