Amazing Spider-man vintage comic book, issue 256 from the 1985. Not only is this the first appearance of The Puma, it is also a Newsstand Variant Cover, which is rare, sought by collectors and therefore more valuable.
(Note: Newsstand Editions, which have a barcode in the bottom corner, were produced in lower numbers and are sought by collectors, which is why this comic is priced a little higher than others you might see. Direct Editions, which were sold to directly to comic book stores have an image where the barcode would be. Do you remember those old spinning metal comic racks in grocery stores? Yeah, those comics got the shit kick out of them and are difficult to find in good condition, let alone Very Fine)
