What is Canva and do I need a paid account?

Canva is an online design platform that allows you to easily edit and customize templates. You only need a free Canva account to use the templates from The Social Friend. A paid Canva subscription is not required.

How do I edit the templates?

Once you open the template link in Canva, you can: Edit text, colors and layouts. Easy drag and drop new pictures into the frames. Personalize the design to match your brand or event. Export your final design as JPG, PNG or PDF. Each purchase includes clear instructions, and the templates are designed to be easy to use — even if you’re not a designer. My goal is to create templates that make it easy and fun to make aesthetic content!

What can I use the templates for?

The templates are designed for social media managers, content creators, coaches, influencers, and businesses of all sizes. Use them to create: - Instagram posts, stories, and carousels - Branded content for your business or personal brand - Promotional, educational, and engaging social media content - Content for clients you manage All templates are created in Instagram-friendly dimensions. Can I use the templates for my business or brand?

Yes. You may use the templates for one (1) personal or business brand, including social media, marketing and communication. However, the templates: May not be resold, shared, sublicensed or redistributed May not be offered as editable Canva templates to others May not be claimed as your own designs

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final and refunds or exchanges are not available. If you experience a technical issue that cannot be resolved, please contact me and I’ll help. I will always make sure my customer has a good experience!
