We cannot be held responsible for any issues with the shipping or shipping delays, we try to monitor weather from us to you, and will hold shipping plants if weather is really bad, we give everyone multiple options for shipping, but again theres no guarantee with any of the shipping companies and they wont do any insurances on live plants, But if theres any issues within 24 hours of receiving your new plant please take pictures or even a video as soon as you open the package and send it to us and we will do everything possible to help.

All our Anthuriums are grown in grow tents in around 94% Humidity and around 72 degrees, DO NOT REPOT your anthuriums from us (At the very least 3 weeks) until you get them acclimated correctly, everyone lives in different climates around the states, the plants go through extreme stress in general during shipping and even more so in the winter time, when in the boxes the humidity skyrockets when the outside ambient temps drop, it pulls moisture out of the pot and may look to be freshly watered, the extra moisture will not hurt your plants, they live in 1020 trays and are bottom watered so they are normally wet, right before packing the plants we also leave them out sitting on Pig Blankets for minimum 4 hours to pull any excess moisture from the pots, some bent or wilted leaves can be normal due to stress dont worry just try to mimic how we grow for the next few weeks and slowly acclimate them to your conditions, if you need to stick the in a container to keep the humidity up please do, and then slowly introduce more air each week to get it used to your conditions. Again we cannot be held responsible for after it leaves our care, we usually send photos before it leaves our care to show our customers the plants before they leave.

the plants conditions before they are shipped, its a little extra quick step that we think adds comfort to an already stressful buying
process of live plants, we cannot be held responsible for shipping issues, and after your possession of live plant.

care, please do your research on your genus of live plant you have purchased from us.

Also if you did not order the winter shipping in our shop please do so, its super cold and your plant(s) will come cold damaged, we wanted to send a friendly reminder.

We cannot guarantee the Look of the seeds or seedlings when they get matured, every seed and seedling will be unique and will not be exact from plant to plant. Its just like a mother having twins and both do not come out looking identical. its just a genetics. Please be aware of this information, this goes with any seed of seedling you purchase from anyone.

They will be packed in a to go container and laid in New Zealand Sphagnum Moss, (save the Moss) Some will prolly be rooting already. If you ever have any questions about the growing process please feel free to contact us anytime.
