Super Strat Guitar Body CNC File – RH & LH for Fender Stratocaster Neck

This is a CAD/CNC-ready guitar body design based on a classic Stratocaster / Super Strat platform, adapted for modern high-performance builds.

The geometry draws inspiration from a mix of Jackson Dinky, Charvel Superstrat, Ibanez RG series, and Guthrie Govan signature instruments. The aim was not to replicate a single model, but to create a balanced, production-ready Super Strat body suitable for real workshop use.

The file set includes both right-handed and left-handed versions, with consistent routing and hardware layout across both variants.

Electronics cavities are fully designed and include custom back covers. The covers are modeled with clearance tolerance to avoid binding or contact with cavity walls after machining. Final tolerances should be adjusted depending on material and CNC accuracy.

Optional rear contour cuts are included for improved ergonomics, but can be omitted if a cleaner body shape is preferred.

The neck plate area follows standard Fender geometry, with a contoured surface that requires final finishing. Orbital sanding is recommended to achieve a precise flat contact area.

The tremolo cavity is designed for the Gotoh 510T system, based on real hardware dimensions. Neck mounting uses a standard Fender neck plate layout for broad compatibility.

The output jack can be installed in either a traditional side position or an optional rear-angled routing configuration, depending on your build preference.

Hardware should always be test-fitted on a rough wood blank before final CNC machining to ensure correct tolerances.

This is a production-oriented CNC file set intended to eliminate design and routing setup time, allowing direct transition from file to machining while keeping full control over final construction and finishing.

This project was created by a practitioner, not a theorist. All the subtleties and nuances of building are already factored into the geometry.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Before you start milling!

- Check compatibility! Measure the mounting points on your existing hardware: the scale length of your neck, bridge placement, etc. Compare them with the mounting points in this project. This is critical for a perfect fit!

- Always do a test run on scrap material (I use cheap, thin plywood).
