How long does it take to make my order?

All items in my shop are made to order, which means I start creating your piece after you place your order. Production time usually takes 1–4 business days, depending on the item and current order volume. You can always check the estimated processing time on each product page.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is ready, shipping times are approximately: US orders: 2–4 business days International orders: 1–2 weeks (depending on location and customs) Please note that customs delays or postal issues can sometimes affect delivery times.

Can I personalize my order?

Yes! Many of my products can be personalized — for example, color, size, text, or design. You can include your customization details in the “Personalization” box on the product page, or message me before placing your order to discuss options.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since each item is made to order and personalized, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me right away, I’ll do my best to make it right.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Yes, your item will closely resemble the listing photos. Because every piece is handmade, slight variations may occur — that’s what makes each one unique and special.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If production hasn’t started yet, I can make small changes to your order. Once your item is in progress, unfortunately, no modifications can be made.
