What material is used for personalized jewelry, engraved silverware and personalized gifts?

𝐉𝐄𝐖𝐄𝐋𝐑𝐘 We have 2 different offerings in our shop. Our fine jewelry is predominantly crafted from high-quality solid gold, with 14k served as our standard. We also provide customization options featuring 18k gold. Each piece in our selection showcases genuine gemstones, unless noted in the description, guaranteeing authenticity. We also offer jewelry crafted from mixed metals and PVD plating, for more affordable, trendy pieces. 𝐒𝐈𝐋𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐄 All of our personalized silverware is constructed from durable stainless steel, designed for longevity. 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐙𝐄𝐃 𝐆𝐈𝐅𝐓𝐒 We provide a range of unique personalized gifts crafted from premium materials. For further details, please refer to the product descriptions.

Do you offer custom jewelry? How can I place an order?

Absolutely! If you have a specific vision in mind, we're thrilled to bring it to life. Simply send us a message with your ideas, and our designer will work with you to create a beautiful custom piece that is uniquely yours. 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐓𝐎 𝐌𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐀𝐆𝐄 𝐔𝐒 • Describe what you are looking for • Describe the style of jewelry • If applicable, provide a high resolution image(s) of what you are looking for • Please provide a budget, so our designers can work around it

Many of our pieces are delicate, so please handle them gently to avoid any damage. 𝐉𝐄𝐖𝐄𝐋𝐑𝐘 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 It's advisable to remove your jewelry when: • Engaging in water-related activities such as; swimming, showering, or washing hands. This precaution is especially crucial for delicate pieces. • Remove your jewelry before participating in sports or any activities that might cause damage. • Certain household cleaners with acids and abrasives can harm your jewelry. We recommend removing your pieces before using such cleaners to preserve their quality. 𝐒𝐈𝐋𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 We kindly request that you avoid the dishwasher, or any other harmful household items, to preserve their quality over time.

Is it possible to have custom engraving on my selected item?

Certainly! We offer custom engraving on certain items to add a personal touch to your jewelry. If you're interested in this option, please contact us to confirm whether the item you've chosen can be engraved, and we'll provide you with the details and possibilities available.

How do I determine my ring size, bracelet size or necklace length before placing an order?

𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒 We understand the importance of a perfect fit. To find your accurate size, we recommend you visit a local jeweler who can measure your finger professionally. Additionally, to make things easier, we also offer a ring sizer for purchase. 𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐓𝐒 Wrap a measuring tape or piece of string snugly around your wrist where you typically wear a bracelet. If using a string, mark where the ends meet and then measure the length with a ruler. Add a little extra length for a comfortable fit and ease of movement. 𝐍𝐄𝐂𝐊𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐄𝐒 Use a measuring tape or piece of string to measure around your neck. Ensure the tape/string sits comfortably around your neck without being too tight or too loose. Note the measurement in inches or centimeters.

Returns and Exchanges

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for custom jewelry, personalized items, engraved silverware, perfume bottles, or any other made to order items. Nevertheless, we are here to assist you with any concerns or issues, so feel free to reach out. Refunds are only provided in cases where the fault lies with us. Our jewelry is handcrafted with premium materials, ensuring longevity and quality.

All of our pieces are handmade and made to order.
