How long will it take to get my order?

We start processing orders as soon as we receive them but this can take up to 3 days. Once your item has been made, it will be shipped out via the shipping method you selected (SEE BELOW). 🔺IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTE🔺 ▪️◾️◼️ STANDARD SHIPPING ◼️◾️▪️ These labels are processed through Etsy & provided by Pitney Bowes. This company DOES NOT use a normal USPS tracking ID. These labels will provide updates as they move through distribution centers & post offices ONLY. The current shipping time is 5-14 days. ▪️◾️◼️ FIRST CLASS SHIPPING ◼️◾️▪️ First Class shipping is available during checkout. This options is processed with USPS and includes full tracking. The current shipping time is 1-5 days.

Can I have something custom designed?

Definitely! I can make a variety of custom items, you just need to send me a message with what you're looking for and I will work with you until we have the exact design you want.

Do You Accept Refunds?

I do accept refunds on returned products, as long as there was no customization added. I do not accept refunds on any custom orders. If I should make a mistake with your order, then it would be eligible for a refund. Proof of the shipped item would need to be provided.

Can I track my order?

When you purchase an item, you can choose standard or priority shipping. Items that are shipped standard will include an Etsy tracking ID. These IDs only track as they move through distribution centers. Here is the tracking link for the company they use http://tracking.pb.com. If you chose priority, you will find a tracking number within your order status and can track this through UPS.

Order Issues / Non-Reply

Please note: If there is an error with your order I will make up to 3 attempts to contact you to rectify the issue. I will hold the order for up to 7 days but if I do not get a reply to my messages, the order will be cancelled and refunded after the 7 day period.
