How do I know which size to choose?

What size of women’s shoes do you make?

Standart sizes 35-41. Most designs can be made before 44. Flat shoes up to size 46. The price for a large size is determined individually.

I like high boots but i have a very wide/narrow calf. How can i place an order?

We have photo instruction, which indicate the most important parts of your calf, the size of which we need. The price is determined after recieving your measurements.

My favourite shoes are not longer wearable. Can you reproduce the exact design?

Yes! We can make your design. We need a picture of the shoes from several sides and your foot measurements. Then we agree in all the materials and accessories.

Do you make men’s shoes?

Yes we make. Standard size: 38-43.Custom shoes can be made up to size 48 EU.

My feet are wide/narrow? Can you customize the shoes for me?

Yes we do custom shoes. All you need to do it’s send your measurements. We charge extra for custom sizes. Please contact me hannakoshop@gmail.com

How long does shipping take to the US?

Usually delivery takes 2-3 weeks. During the holiday season there are delays.

I need shoes in a short time.

We have the option of fast delivery 5-7 days, which cost extra.
