I'm very disappointed that the name isn't centered. It completely ruins it. At that price, the least they could have done was center the embroidery.

My listing photos include actual examples of my handmade bears showing how I typically place the personalized name, so customers can see examples before ordering. I understand that individual preferences may vary. I’m also sorry that international shipping from the U.S. added significantly to the overall cost of your order. Before placing the order, you asked if the purchase could be completed on another platform to reduce the shipping cost. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to accommodate your request, as I must follow Etsy’s policies. The order was then placed through Etsy.
