When will I receive my order?

Order processing time is 3-6 business days from the date your order has been placed. Please keep in mind that processing time does not include shipping time. Shipping time will add an additional 2-5 business days. We do not offer rushed or expedited shipping options. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that their address is correct prior to checking out. We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or delays caused by USPS. We will not offer refunds if items are mailed to an old/incorrect address or if they arrive outside the estimated delivery window.

How do I know what size to order?

All shirt measurements are included in the size chart in the photos of each listing. We highly encourage you to double-check sizes/measurements prior to purchasing since all sales are final. If you have questions or concerns about sizing, please send us a message.

How should I wash my clothing item?

• Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with like colors. • Tumble dry low or air dry (recommended). • Do not iron directly over design. • No bleach or fabric softeners.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We offer a 30-day window for damaged items or printing errors. Occasionally, there may be errors in the printing process that slip through the cracks and we are happy to take care of any quality issues. Please send us a message including a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement item if you contact us within 30 days.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please get in touch with us immediately so we can change the shipping address before the item enters production. If the item has already entered the production process, we will be unable to change the address on your package.
