Shipping Cost = 30 (Postage) + Import Duties & Taxes + Platform duty/tax collection fee + Customs clearance handling fee


* “30 (Postage)” – base postage portion.
* “Import Duties & Taxes” – per destination rules.
* “Platform duty/tax collection fee” – handling fee for duty/tax collection.
* “Customs clearance handling fee” – processing and filing with customs.

Please understand that because the item is made in Japan, a simple fixed import rate such as “15% tax” does not always apply.

RETURNS

Return Policy
Accepted within 30 days of the receipt of the item. Buyer pays return shipping. If you use an eBay return label, the label cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds are issued net of any customs duties or taxes that we have paid on your behalf.
Any import or clearance charges paid during return processing will also be deducted from the refund.
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance requirements are the responsibility of the buyer.
All returned items must be the original condition. Please contact me first for return before you ship it back to me.

STORAGE AND PACKING

Storage
Immediately after shooting, it is placed in a closed container with desiccant and stored 24/7 in a temperature and humidity controlled warehouse.

All products, including cameras and watches, are stored in a temperature- and humidity-controlled warehouse 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Packing
By weight and shape of each product, I use 13 kinds of cushioning materials and pursue safety and weight reduction.
