Order Processing Time: 3–5 business days after design confirmation. U.S. Orders: Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days. International Orders: Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Need it sooner? Please send us a message to check availability for expedited shipping (U.S. only). Express shipping is currently not available for international orders. Once your embroidery design is confirmed, we will begin production. A tracking number will be provided within 3–5 business days after confirmation.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Yes, you can update your shipping address within 24–48 hours after placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once a tracking number has been assigned, we are unable to change or update the shipping address.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. If a draft design has already been created, a $5–$10 design fee (depending on the complexity) will be deducted from the refund. Please note that once production has started or the order has been shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.

CAN I MODIFY THE DESIGN?

Yes! We offer customization and design modifications on a case-by-case basis. Please message us with your request before or after placing the order. Additional design fees may apply depending on the complexity of the customization.
