I am happy to send a mock-up before finalizing the design upon your request at checkout. However, note this may delay your processing time while I wait for your final approval. If you do not ask for a mockup and you have a straightforward personalization, I will go ahead and finalize the order so you have no delays.

However, I want to ensure you are thrilled with your final product so if there are any adjustments needed (like sizing fonts due to an extra long name,) I will make sure to communicate with you prior to processing the order so you will never have any surprises!

• Production time averages approx. 3 business days, but can take longer during peak seasons.
• Production style is Direct-to-Garment (DTG) so the ink is printed directly into the fabric, not raised like a heat-press vinyl, which may chip or tear after wash. This makes our shirts more durable, comfortable and long-lasting.
