Weathered Spectrum Mini Skein Set – Hand Dyed Merino Yarn

“Weathered Spectrum” brings together six richly saturated hues inspired by nature's enduring beauty. Flowing from deep garnet and burnished amber through golden ochre, mossy green, stormy teal, and aged plum, each shade captures the character and depth found in weathered landscapes and treasured heirlooms.

“Weathered Spectrum” is available on two bases:

Fingering Weight, Non-Superwash (NSW) Merino: 4 ply, 20 grams/87 yards each mini
(120 grams/522 yards total).

DK Weight, Non-Superwash (NSW) Merino: 4 ply, 20 grams/49 yards each mini
(120 grams/294 yards total).

Each skein is individually hand dyed in my Indiana fiber studio using professional acid dyes. While "Weathered Spectrum" is a repeatable colorway and dyed using a carefully documented recipe, hand-dyed yarn is inherently unique. Variations in dye lots, water chemistry, and the dyeing process may result in subtle differences between skeins, making each one truly one of a kind.

Care Instructions:
Hand wash in cool water using a gentle wool wash.
Lay flat to dry.
Avoid agitation and sudden temperature changes.

For highly saturated or strongly variegated colorways, I recommend using a color catcher during the first wash. Every skein is professionally heat-set and thoroughly rinsed, but slight color release can occasionally occur during the initial wash, particularly when warm water is used.
