Do you offer personalization?

Yes. Many of my designs (especially the “Til Death” collection) can be customized with names, dates, or short phrases. How to personalize: Add the item to your cart. In the personalization box, include: Names exactly as you want them printed Date or “Est.” year Any small wording changes allowed by the listing Double-check spelling and punctuation — I copy/paste what you send.

Custom and personalized orders

For most items, I don’t automatically send a proof (that slows fulfillment for everyone). If you want to approve a proof first: Add “Proof requested” in the personalization box or a message at checkout. I’ll send a mockup via Etsy messages. If I don’t hear back within the time stated in your message (you decide: usually 24–48 hours), I’ll either: Proceed with the best layout, or Hold the order until you respond (you choose your preferred rule). You can adjust this to match how patient you are willing to be.

What’s the difference between digital and physical items?

Digital download You won’t receive anything in the mail. You’ll get files to download from Etsy (e.g. JPG, PNG, PDF). You can print at home, at a local print shop, or using an online printer. Physical/POD items Printed and shipped by my professional print partners. You’ll receive the actual blanket, print, pillow, etc. at your address. Each listing clearly says “Digital Download” or includes size/material options for physical items.

My digital files didn’t show up. What do I do?

First, check: Your Etsy account → Purchases & Reviews → the order → Download Files Make sure you’re using a browser, not the app (the app can be fussy with downloads). If it’s still not working: Send me a message and I’ll re-send the files or provide a direct link. No extra charge, no drama.

Will the colors look exactly like on my screen?

Short answer: they’ll be close, but not pixel-perfect. Different monitors and phones show color differently. Printers and materials (paper vs. fabric vs. canvas) can also shift tone slightly. I design with high contrast and test-friendly palettes, but small variations are normal for all printed products.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Personalized items: Because they’re made just for you, I don’t accept returns or exchanges for: Wrong name spelling Change of mind “Not my style anymore” If there’s a printing defect, damage in transit, or wrong item, that’s different — see below. Non-personalized physical items: Depending on the item and condition, I may accept returns or exchanges. Contact me within the timeframe Etsy specifies (usually 14 days from delivery) and we’ll sort it out. Digital downloads: Due to the nature of digital items, I can’t offer refunds once files are sent. If you have a problem with a file, message me and I’ll fix the issue (wrong size, wrong file, etc.)

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

If your order shows up: Damaged Misprinted The wrong product or size Send me: A clear photo of the issue A photo of the packing slip (if possible) I’ll work with my print partner to replace or reprint the item. You shouldn’t pay for their screw-up.

How long will my order take to arrive?

This will depend on: The product (blankets and canvases take longer than small prints) Your location Current seasonal chaos (holidays, etc.) Etsy will show estimated delivery dates at checkout.

Do you offer rush orders?

Sometimes. Digital items: essentially instant once Etsy clears your payment. Physical items: if you need it by a specific date, message me before ordering with: Your country/zip The product you want Your deadline If my print partner’s timelines look too tight, I’ll be honest instead of promising miracles.
