Do the PNG files have transparent backgrounds?

Yes. My PNG designs are created with transparent backgrounds unless clearly stated otherwise in the listing. This makes them easy to place on shirts, mockups, transfers, stickers, tumblers, and other projects.

How do I download my files?

Most files are available as instant automatic downloads after purchase. Go to your Etsy account, then Purchases and Reviews, find your order, and click Download Files. If you checked out as a guest, Etsy should send the download link to the email used at checkout.

I can’t find my download. What should I do?

Please message me anytime. Sometimes downloads are easier to access from a web browser instead of the Etsy app. I’m happy to help you locate your files or resend them if needed.

Can I use these PNGs for DTF or sublimation?

Yes, the PNG files are made for creative use such as DTF transfers, sublimation, shirts, tumblers, stickers, and similar finished products. Please make sure your printer, software, or production partner supports PNG files with transparent backgrounds.

Can I edit the design?

You may resize the design and use it in your creative projects. Color changes or major edits depend on your software and skill level. I do not guarantee that every design can be easily recolored unless the listing specifically says editable files are included.

Are SVG files included?

No, not unless the listing clearly says SVG is included. Most designs in this shop are PNG files. PNG files are best for printed graphics, DTF, sublimation, and finished artwork.

Why does the file look like it has a background?

Some apps or devices show transparent areas as white, black, or gray when previewing the file. That does not always mean the background is actually there. Try placing the PNG over a colored background in Canva, Procreate, Cricut Design Space, or your design software to check transparency.

What if there is a problem with my file?

Please message me before leaving a negative review. I always do my best to help, resend files, or find a solution. Most issues are related to download access, device compatibility, or software settings.

Can I resell, copy, or trace the PNG designs?

No. You may use my PNGs to create finished physical products, but you may not resell, share, copy, trace, redraw, recreate, edit, or claim the artwork as your own. My original designs may not be used to create new digital products, PNGs, SVGs, clipart, templates, bundles, or competing designs.
