Gift wrapping and packaging

HudsonFlowVintage uses recyclable tissue paper and boxes, white acid-free paper, and blue tissue paper—the minimal tape to secure the box or envelope from theft and elements. A cleaned, clear bag or repurposed bubble wrap is used to place the wrapped item in for protection. Anything that can occur during shipping, such as wet boxes, delays, perfume, cologne, and smoking from drivers during shipping, can show up in clothing if not protected. All cards are recyclable and printed on the highest standard of responsible forestry-certified paper. I have chosen a minimalist card design to repurpose in a frame or alone instead of tossing if you prefer. Let us know if you prefer not to use the free wrapping paper service. Thank You!

Please follow the measurements to prevent any disappointment or return items. Clothing is measured flat, and that measurement is doubled to ensure accurate sizing. Measurements can include the bust, waist, hip, outer arm seam, inner arm seam, armpit, wrist, garment length, hem, waist, outer seam, inner seam, ankle hem, rise, zippers, and thigh. Shoulder to shoulder, bodice, pants rise, seams not doubled. In some cases, we measure the neckline and underneath the armpit to the hem. I also add information if an item is measured flat across the garment and not doubled for a total measurement. It is always important to measure carefully and not rely on the tag size. Different eras and designer lines can fit quite differently from one another.

HUDSONFLOWVINTAGE CONDITIONAL RETURN POLICY

All returns are shipped back to HudsonFlowVintage within seven days through an Etsy message informing us why the article is being returned. All items returned must have a USPS Priority valid tracking number. Please send us your tracking information with an Etsy message to verify the date shipped to us and the time frame for accepting delivery to the office. We do not accept unexpected packages without an accurate tracking number due to security and will (Return The Package To Sender). The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not accept returned items after seven days, starting after a package is delivered.

HUDSONFLOWVINTAGE RETURN CONDITIONS

The items you wish to return should be in the condition sent. The articles are not worn, fabric spray, cigarette smoke, cannabis smell, smoke damage, burned, drink/food/water damage, animal scents/hair, altered, uncleaned, stained, sweat, body odor, stretch seams, makeup stains, and unwashed condition. All original sales tags and clothing labels must be attached and not tampered with on the item. We do not accept items returned in the above conditions. UNCLAIMED - RETURNED PACKAGES: Unclaimed returned packages are eligible for a refund minus shipping when shipped back within our seven-day return policy. Any packages returned to a customer because of delivery issues will be charged a shipping and insurance fee.

CAN I RETURN A REROUTED PACKAGE? FAIL PICKUP FOR DELIVERY?

If a package is rerouted to you, we can no longer accept the package back. We consider this a final sale. If there is any added cost for items not approved for return, the customer will be charged additional postage fees. FAILED DELIVERY PICKUP INFORMATION HudsonFlowVintage does not provide refunds if the buyer fails to pick up their package within the seven-day return policy window following an attempted delivery by the Post Office. We will treat this as a final sale. Please sign the slip for redelivery or pick the package up from your post office. All items $200.00 and over are signed for. A notice is sent directly from HudsonFlowVintage to the buyer when an attempted delivery is made.

Custom and personalized orders

WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE? We do not accept returns on pajamas, lingerie, bras, panties, stockings, bodysuits, leotards, bralettes, robes, socks, jewelry, and Final Sale items. We do not accept returns on custom embroidery items I design, and they can take up to a year to make.

WE ASK FOR DAMAGE ITEM INFORMATION

We ask to see the damaged item with 4 photos from multiple closeup angles, pictures of the inside of the box and the original packaging materials, and a photo of the box the item came in. Do not throw away any packaging. The shipping company requires this to investigate the damage and compare information. Insurance companies, USPS, FedEx, and UPS will ask for pictures of the damaged item, the packaging, and the box for proof. All items that HudsonFlowVintage ships out are time-stamped, inspected, photographed, and videoed by us before shipping.

This beautifully tailored vintage 80s Rouge à Levres embroidered black floral red burgundy jacket with black undertones.

The jacket features a mandarin collar, six fabric-covered front buttons, and two fabric-covered buttons on each sleeve. It has two front besom pockets and two vents in the back of the garment. There is a small amount of stretch to the fabric. Fully lined.

This garment is a warm deeper red burgundy. It is showing a lighter burgundy due to the reflection of the light. The magnified photograph shows nearer to the color and area in the material where the weave is different. It was part of the original fabric when produced.
